As from regulation we obtain this famous denomination, vinifying with wisdom Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia puntinata. Straw yellow color, characteristic aroma, delicately fruity, floral, persistent and pronounced; savory taste elegant and harmonious.
